2. Industry-Standard SSL Encryption
All financial transactions are conducted through Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Wellness Planner does not store, process, or view full payment card numbers on our servers.
3. Transparent Pricing & Invoicing
Every appointment fee is clearly displayed before booking confirmation. Following successful settlement, an itemized VAT invoice issued by Wellness Planner App Ltd (Company No. 12894105 | VAT GB 341 8920 15) is emailed directly to you for your personal records or private health cash-plan claims.
